About plastic surgery.

In my opinion, body image is very important to us, because we want to look very put together, slim, toned, beautiful, poise and etc. I think it has come so important nowadays especially, because it is so tremendously advertised and almost every decade the standard of the perfect body image changes. There is way more than meets the eye than your body, so to improve your self-esteem you should look into your soul, find your purpose in life and just enjoy the fact that you are a living, breathing, feeling person.

1) Although this statement might sound a bit sexist, but i think it is quite true. From history we can see that men have created ideals for women to look appealing for them, not for the women themselves, and this fact is quite hard to swallow.
